Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking for the retreat. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:

1. A non-refundable deposit of $2900 USD per person is required to secure your slot for the retreat. The deposit must be received before the 1st of September. Failure to submit the deposit within the specified time may result in the forfeiture of your reservation.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1st of October.
1.3. Payments can be made through the designated payment methods provided by the retreat organizer.

GROUP TRIP:
2.1. The retreat is organized as a group trip and requires a minimum of 10 participants. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, alternate arrangements will be made and communicated to the registered participants in good time.
2.2 In the event of insufficient participants, the date of the trip can be rescheduled.
2.3. If the retreat is cancelled due to insufficient participants, the deposit and any other payments made will be fully refunded.

PRICING:
3.1. The price of the retreat includes only the items explicitly listed as inclusive in the retreat package. These inclusions will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
3.2. Any additional expenses incurred during the retreat, including but not limited to transportation, meals not specified in the package, personal purchases, and optional activities, will be the responsibility of the participant.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
4.1. The deposit made to secure your slot for the retreat is non-refundable.
4.2. All payments made after the deposit are also non refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
5.1. Insurance will be provided for all our clients.
5.2. The retreat organizer shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by participants that are not covered by travel insurance.

HEALTH & SAFETY:
6.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and fit to participate in the retreat activities.
6.2. The retreat organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses suffered by participants during the retreat.
6.3. Participants are advised to comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the retreat organizer and any third-party service providers.

LIABILITY:
7.1. The retreat organizer and its agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused to participants or their property during the retreat.
7.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables throughout the retreat.

CHANGES TO THE RETREAT:
8.1. The retreat organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, accommodations, or any other aspect of the retreat if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control.
8.2. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
