This type of pressure generates vast amounts of stress, toxic work environment and exhausted employees who no longer feel motivated to do their job. And this is why employee wellbeing is crucial for a company’s success. The 3R Retreat

    We have 8 – 20 guest for each retreat.
    Workout clothes & shoes, casual wears and one dinner outfit.
    Yes they are welcome to share your room but will not be allowed to participate in any of the activities.
    Not at all because you will be getting a brand new yoga mat in your goodie bag.
    We advise to stay back and receive proper medical attention and apply for the next retreat when you are completely healed.
    Sure we can organize a bespoke retreat can request.
    We have varieties of healthy meals on our meals.
    We allow a glass of red wine after dinner.
